Food has always featured prominently in Olivia’s extensive travels. She loves to develop new and exciting ways to exploit and utilise ingredients from many of these countries.

In addition to a Leiths diploma she has completed courses in France, Italy & Asia. Her food is varied & creative, colourful & light. She will tailor her menus to suit all palettes & dietary requirements. Using top quality produce, assiduously sourced, she will create bespoke menus for any occasion.
